The Company

Dr. Dressel became a sports chiropractor to help people who were interested in living a healthy and active life.   After a couple years and having built a successful sports injury and worker’s compensation practice, he left it all behind to take an opportunity with a large company with thousands of employees and tens of thousands of subcontractor workers.   He still misses being a doctor but leaving practice allowed him to move further upstream and prevent more people from ending up in doctor’s offices.  It also exposed him to thousands of opportunities where he could effect change.   SALUS was born in the spring of 2000 and was mostly opportunistic and something Dr. Dressel did on the side, while he focused on his full-time role and responsibilities.   It soon became apparent that the next step in this evolution was for Kendon to leave the corporate environment and move to working on on his own.    In 2011 SALUS reached adulthood and not only did the move away from corporate life restore a better balance to life and health, but Dr. Dressel was now able to share more of his passion, expertise and knowledge with others. SALUS is the culmination of this passion and need to serve.
